The Vaad HaKashruth of the Capitol District is searching for a seasoned, dynamic Mashgiach capable of overseeing local Hashgachot as well as regional national hashgachot. All standards are set by Rabbi Moshe E. Bomzer in conformity with “all current Piskey Halacha.”

 

Duties with the Vaad include Eruv inspection and chevra kadisha (taharot). There is some travel (4-6 days per month). The compensation package begins in the 40’s plus health, life and a pension plan.

 

The Vaad also serves as representative Hashgacha for the major national supervisory agencies at their certified local plants.
